EOS

Martin Braun was the first to design and implement a highly complicated sunrise and sunset display for a mechanical wristwatch. This watch is the EOS, named after the Greek goddess of dawn. The EOS is a multi-award-winning astronomical watch. It continues to amaze experts today with its remarkable display of sunrise and sunset times by means of two long crossed titanium hands and short circular segment scales. A special feature of the EOS mechanism are the two control cams of the crossed titanium hands visible at the lower edge of the dial, which can be exchanged to adapt to different latitudes, just like the scale segments on the dial. To ensure correct indication, each watch is individually set to the location or latitude specified by the purchaser. On the left side of the dial is the display for the sunrise times, on the right for the sunset times.
